SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery -
Processing time: The time I need to prepare an order varies. For details see individual items or contact me for more information.
Postage: All items under £40 will be sent by Royal Mail First Class or signed for. Items above £40 will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, for insurance purposes. Both signed for and special delivery require a signature upon delivery.
Customs & Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any Customs and Import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Send items back within 21 days of delivery.
I do not accept cancellations. Please contact me with any problems you may have with your order.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

custom or personalised orders

earrings and jewellery for piercings (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return:​
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
